SPRINGBOARD ARIES, DISMOUNT TAURUS

APRIL 2021

My gymnastics career as a ten year old ended when I accidentally
 back-hand-walk-over kicked my teacher in the mouth. 

Blood gushed out from her lips, or maybe her nose, it was hard to say -
my little foot dominated most of her face. 

Since then, I’ve admired the sport from afar. This sudden upside-down-ness, sudden capsizing of everything followed by the sensational contrast of a stable landing. 

The ARIES NEW MOON hurled us onto a springboard — 
and as MERCURY in ARIES strikes through the heart of the SUN on April 18th
we accelerate even more into a full twist layout 360.  

Let yourself speed up, let your impulses move you, initiate, just go.
Use this momentum while you can,
before everything moves into slow and steady TAURUS on April 20th.

However, slowing down doesn't mean you won't kick someone in the face. VENUS, the planet of relationships - is strong and durable in TAURUS, but it will have to withstand a few thwacks from URANUS and SATURN April 22-25th. All the while MARS gets moody and defensive in CANCER starting April 23rd...

Our current ARIES independent streak will be seeking a safe dismount,
and so how can we be autonomous, while also being a little clingy, a little choosey?
To love is not to lose freedom, but to share it.

Prepare to test your attachment style, test your core values, prepare to stick a landing. Like a controlled punctuation mark at the end of crazy sentence, let it be deliberate. The capacity to do wild flips is only as strong as the durability of the floor.
