SATURN IN AQUARIUS: COVID AND ROSES

See this content in the original post

Today I was (literally) supposed to be in Arizona smelling the largest rose tree in the world.
I didn't really have a plan except, well ~ driving 10 hrs to smell a famous, giant rose....but perhaps your datebook is obsolete, too - as we know, it's hard to smell the roses through a face mask.

With the new corona-paradigm, we realize the building blocks of reality are made out of legos and the lego's are made out of sugarcubes dissolving in sanitizer.
It's also important to realize that problem solving and seething in fear (while stress eating our last rations of food) are two different things. At the least, we can try activities that require concentration but have little consequence...like painting a dogs nails, organizing books by color or starting a radical, digital revolution to BREAK DOWN ALL SOCIAL STRUCTURES THAT ARE A SPIRITUALLY BANKRUPT SOURCE OF SUFFERING IN OUR LATE CAPITALIST SOCIETY !!!

Though really, in order to salvage our health right now we have to consider:
What's working, what's not so bad?
Can we enjoy the warm water on our hands while we wash them for the ninth time?
Can we enjoy that we even have warm water ? Can we give ourselves permission to draw into parts of our life experience that are worth savoring, if only to offset the negativity?
I like to think that in another dimension, happening under this one, I did drive to Arizona...right now smelling those roses ~  but savoring is already here, lingering where you sit or stand.

β€œTo combat death you don't need much of a life,
just one that isn't yet finished.”

― Herta Müller

I wrote about the flu in January, in honor of the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn ~ and the entire astrological community has been predicting these events for years. The build up of the conservative power of Saturn/Pluto configuration occurred officially on Jan 12, 2020. These two planets combined are infamously linked to almost every global act of violence and destitution in history. The bubonic plague, WWI, WWII, Cold War, AIDS epidemic, 9/11..yes, all have been correlated to these two planets in cahoots.
And as Mars and Jupiter currently pass over and double-trigger this Saturn/Pluto real estate, it's wise to say....We are IN IT...

As we let go of several elements of usual existence, we transform the elements that have been retained: the freedom in solitude, resourcefulness, the goodness of community. As we bide our time physically apart  ~ we are not a vacuum, the evolutionary power of the people, moment by moment, will collectively learn how to cope and give meaning to this crisis.

And just in case we haven't pulverized the paradigm enough, the spring equinox is around the corner and on March 22nd, structure-building Saturn will enter Aquarius for the first time in 28 years!  Aquarius is an air sign, a genius inventor, introducing a new approach to old forms. Though, this glimpse of the new world may come with great effort. On March 31st, feisty Mars will join Saturn in Aquarius ~ portending the heightening of our current restrictions, potentially...full throttle. Our desire to live normal lives continues to rub up against a harsh reality ~ but what even is a normal life? Slowly we learn how to rearrange the legos...
