AN INVISIBLE THING I AM DOING IN ANOTHER DIMENSION THAT NEVER HAPPENED IN THIS ONE BECAUSE OF CORONAVIRUS >>>>
I didn't really have a plan except, well ~ standing exactly in the spot of my Venus line, in the year of a Venus profection at the moment of my Venus return on March 16 at 10:14am MT…and seeing what happens to my body and mind (and if it explodes).
With only 300$ in my bank account, coronovirus seething across the world, I knew the 10 hr drive to Arizona to fufill this seemingly invisible task, was somewhat irresponsible. But I am chasing an astrological event, a passing moment that, if not pursued...will have to wait for another 12 years.
The break down of this technical moment is as follows:
I am in a 9th House Profection Year which is ruled by my Venus…which happens to be in my 9th house natally. What does that mean?
Profections are an ancient astrological timing technique based on the idea that you are not living out your entire chart all the time, but only hatching segments of it, year by year, based on your age.For instance, when we are 30 years old, we go through a "7th house profection year", 7th house rules relationships ~ so it's a year that emphasizing relationships, and whatever sign and planets are in your 7th house. Transits in that house, to or from those ruling planets will often indicate timing of events for that year. This year for me, I'm in a 9th house profection. 9th house represents long distance travel. The sign Taurus is in my 9th house, so this year is ruled by VENUS, inside this 9th house is my natal Venus in Taurus. And right now, Venus is making its annual transit (and venus return) through this house ~ which tends to be a sexy time of love, beauty, relationships…
HERE IS A VIDEO FROM A CLASS I TAUGHT ON IT:
2. I am having my Venus Return. What does that mean?
Each planet travels around your natal chart at a certain speed, creating easy or stressful angles to your natal planets ~ activating internal or external events to occur. In the same way we celebrate someone’s identity when the transiting Sun returns to where it is nataly on every birthday (solar return).. the other planets have their own speed and progress through the chart..when a planet returns to where it was when you were born, it rings in the implications of it’s archetypal energy. Most commonly known is the Saturn return, which happens every 28-30 years, Saturn which rules age, effort and structure ~ conduces an often painful yet solidifying maturation cycle. Outer planets like Neptune and Pluto are too slow to return in one life time (taking 164-248 years to lap a chart). But we are talking about Venus here . .Venus moves relatively fast and returns to your natal position every 10 months (give or take retrograde cycles) ~ and since Venus is the planet of beauty and balance..it represents a day or two of feeling like a purring cat with lipstick on, indulging in aesthetics, in relationships ~ often feeling more attractive than usual. Below you can see, my natal Venus at 12 degrees Taurus, being passed over by the current transiting Venus (oy..and yes, Uranus transit approaching at 4 degrees, pending).
3. Astro-cartography ! Why Arizona ?
Astro-cartography is a technique that was expanded by Jim Lewis in the 1980’s. It renders a geographical map indicating how planets at one’s birth curve, rise, set and culminate around the entire world. Astro-cartography, Astro Mapping or “locational astrology” is used to plan for relocation or travel, measuring the consequences of location, space and time on one’s psyche. So, below you’ll see my Venus line hovers right around Tombstone, AZ’s largest Rose Tree Museum ~ funny enough, Venus and Taurus classically rules the essence of rose.
